How long will it take for me to receive my print?

I typically try to fulfill orders within five business days. Sometimes it takes a few days longer if I'm busy. You will get a notification email once your order ships.

What shipping service do you use?

Shipments are sent via USPS First Class and USPS First Class International. Deliveries generally take 1–3 business days (US) and 7-15 days (International) to arrive. The delivery is guaranteed and tracking is included.

What is your return policy?

Prints may be returned only if they have been damaged during shipping. I will then assess the damage and see if a refund or a replacement is best.

Quality

What kind of paper do you use?

Palo Duro SoftGloss Rag from Red River Paper. It has an acid free base stock and coating. It is almost perfectly neutral white which means that the paper tone is neither warm nor cool. The whites of the image are true white. Made from 100% cotton rag and featuring a lightly textured soft gloss surface.

What kind of printer do you use?

I use a Canon Pixma PRO-100 which uses six color inks and 3 black and white inks.

Are your prints fade proof?

The prints are not fade proof, however they are fade resistant and are meant to last a very long time. They should not fade very much at all over the course of one lifetime, except if in extreme conditions, like outdoors in constant, direct sunlight.

Process

How were these photos created?

All of the photos I sell as prints were shot on film. I took the photo, developed it myself, and edited it in Photoshop/Lightroom.

What kind of cameras were these photos taken with?

I shoot with a variety of different cameras, mainly medium format, 35MM, and some large format.

Custom Orders

Can you print any larger than 13x19?

The largest I can print is 13x26 which is considered custom and would need a separate quote. If you would like to have a larger print than 13x26, email me and we can discuss how that would work.

Can you send me the digital file so I can print it?

I prefer to print my photos and have control over that process so at this time, I do not offer digital files.

Gallery Showings

Are your prints available for gallery showings?

Yes, please email me if you would like to discuss including my work in your gallery.

Can I reproduce your prints and sell them in my gallery?

As this is my art, I don't want my photos printed without my involvement. That being said, reproducing any of my work without my approval is not allowed.
